ABOUT ME
I have always had a love for homes and home design and grew up in a family who was always involved in some form of real estate. I have a passion for providing excellent service to my clients and am a skilled negotiator. I have worked with everyone from first time home buyers to the savvy buyer. My goal is to not just find people a home but to find the right home.
I decided that Oregon was where I wanted to nest to be closer to my family. I love it here and have enjoyed exploring the area and experiencing what the region has to offer. My Teacup Yorkie who I rescued when she was 3 passed in January, and we adopted a Pomeranian who is full of love and energy. My mom and I rescued her son, who is disabled. We have been a rescue family for many years- we have rescued horses, bunnies, dogs, cats, birds, basically any creature that needs help we have a heart for them.

WORKING WITH BUYERS AND SELLERS
I am involved in every aspect of the transaction when I help homebuyers purchase their home. Using my negotiation and relationship skills, I have been able to help get my buyers offer accepted in multiple offer situations. I have different tools and tactics that I use to help buyers win their dream home. I can also provide tools to help investors make a sound decision on whether or not an investment home is a smart purchase for them.
For sellers, my goal is to be honest and have integrity when pricing a home. Depending on your goals, I am going to advise a seller to the best of my ability on where they should be at with their pricing. I want every seller to get the most money and find the most suitable buyer for their home, and do this by using top-edge marketing combined with excellent exposure and follow through.

experience
With over 10 years of combined experience, I absolutely love real estate. I have served as a regional manager and have been involved in different aspects of leasing and the property management of residential and commercial properties. I have also bought and sold my own investment properties as well as have many both buy and sell multi-family and residential real estate. I started doing web design at a young age and moved on to manage, build, and maintain websites for vacation rentals as well as manage the rentals themselves. I performed everything from designing, overseeing construction, customer service, finding and marketing to people to rent homes, etc.
I studied business administration, interior design, real estate, and property management in College. I received the presidents award for getting a 4.0 GPA and worked in real estate all throughout college

giving back
Community has always been very important to me. I donate a portion of my commission to the Oregon Dog Rescue. I also am mostly paperless in my real estate transactions as I believe in the environment and not wasting. I recycle as much as possible, ensure lights are off whenever I leave a home, office, etc., and love the idea of solar power and energy efficient homes. I have volunteered in different aspects throughout my career including Toys for Tots, Cat Coalition, Classy Seconds (a battered women's clothing store), Soup Kitchens, County Programs, New Family New Life Dog Shelter, Lake Oswego Arts Events, and in mentoring other agents.
interests
When I'm not helping my clients, I enjoy hiking, biking, skiing and snowboarding, traveling (only when I'm not busy my clients), being a dog mom & many other outdoor activities. I'm very handy and have done work on my own rental properties I have owned in the past.
